I use research, walkthroughs and workshops to understand the problem, where people get stuck and which constraints matter. The approach changes with the context: government, enterprise and startup work call for different balances.
Make decisions that other teams can use
I turn recurring needs into reusable patterns, discuss feasibility with developers and make the reasoning visible through prototypes and guidance.
Stay close to delivery
Design handoff, implementation reviews and knowledge transfer are part of the work. The outcome depends on what people can actually use.
